Updates & measures COVID-19

Our stores are open again. So feel free to walk inside. We will welcome you with open arms and disinfected hands. No efforts were saved to guaranty the safety of everyone in our store. So get off your seat but keep a safe distance so we can follow the same tracks a little sooner.


Will the stores open on the 11th of May?

All our stores will open on the 11th of May. We are looking forward to welcoming your again!


Are the opening hours changed?

Which measures will you take when the stores open? 

Before entering the store:

  • Depending on how large the store is, a certain amount of visitors can enter at once. A staff member will welcome you at the entrance and will tell you when you can enter the store. 
  • Please remain a distance of 1,5 meter. Avoid any physical contact. Also before entering the store. 
  • Are you experiencing any symptoms? Fever, coughing, short of breath or other cold symptoms? We strongly advise you not to visit our store and shop online. 
  • Wear a mouth mask.

Measures inside the store:

  • Please follow the path indicated when visiting the store. Remain a distance of 1,5 meter. Avoid any physical contact. Do not walk in the distance of the Stop signs. 
  • Disinfecting gel is provided at several spots inside the store. 
  • There is a maximum capacity of 1 person at a time in the elevators ( if applicable) Please follow the direction indicated on the stairs.  
  • The toilets are not in use. 
  • Please pay contactless.
  • It’s possible to try on clothes but we follow some strict measures. A staff member will be happy to help you. 
  • All our staff members wear a mouth mask. 


Can I make an arranged visit to come to the store?

It’s not possible to make an arranged visit. You are welcome to visit us within the opening hours.


What about my Click&Collect order?

Can I place an order and collect it in my A.S.Adventure Store?

Can I check the stock in my A.S.Adventure store?


How can I return a product?

Will the return period be changed?


Can I come to my A.S.Adventure store with my defect product?

I have an open Aftersales file, when will I get an update?

My Aftersales product is ready for pickup in my store, can I come pick it up?
