Le Buck Hexam est un couteau EDC (Every Day Carry) sûr équipé d'un verrouillage SUR LOCK. Ce mécanisme de verrouillage à bouton verrouille la lame ouverte ou fermée pour une utilisation toujours sécurisée de ce couteau. Ce modèle a une poignée en aluminium anodisé, ce qui donne à la poignée, en plus de son poids léger, une excellente prise en main. La lame est en acier 7Cr, ce type d'acier d'entrée de gamme est facile à affûter et convient parfaitement à toutes les tâches de coupe quotidiennes. Un clip de transport maintient le hexam en place dans une poche ou à une ceinture.
