Blisters can be extremely annoying and painful, especially on your feet. If you are suffering from a painful blister, you may be tempted to 'tackle' it yourself. We advise you never to puncture a blister! The top layer of skin is your natural protection against infections. If the blister has already burst, leave the loose upper skin layer alone so it can heal. Cover the blister with a good blister plaster.
