Lightweight, hardwearing backpack with fantastic ventilation and excellent carrying comfort - perfect for hiking in warm/humid climates. The carrying system is designed to be lightweight and stable with a fixed back length as well as ergonomic shoulder straps and a supportive hip belt with ventilating air mesh. The aluminium frame and mesh back panel let air circulate freely against the back. Now made of lightweight yet durable 210D nylon ripstop fabric with a reinforced base in 500D nylon, both 100% recycled. Storage is well thought through with a large top-loaded main compartment, generous front pocket with a protective placket over the zipper, and expandable side pockets. The main compartment also has zippers that open up the entire front panel for easy access to contents. The top lid can be raised – for example to hold a sleeping mat in place – and has two pockets and a bungy cord on top, and there are two more pockets on the hip belt for snacks, sunscreen and other small items, one of which is mesh. Webbing straps under the base can be used to attach a sleeping mat or the like. A loop and elastic cord let you fasten a trekking pole/ice axe to the front. The backpack is also hydration system compatible. Rain cover included. Volume: 45 litres.
