Sage will make it even better. That's what we thought at Pineut when we were working on our vinaigrettes. For, the earthy bittersweet taste with hints of eucalyptus, lemon and mint seemed to us to combine perfectly with turmeric and garlic. And you know what? It was just right! Sprinkle this vinaigrette over grilled vegetables or a (pasta) salad and you can hear the Mediterranean Sea murmur.
