een goede coach
- Zeer tevreden over deze sporthorloge. Geeft me moed om te trainen. Is mijne persoonlijke coach! De horloge moedigt je aan om je slaap- en sportprestaties te verbeteren! Zeer gemakkelijk te dragen dag en nacht.
- Polar 2 heb ik een 3 tal jaren gehad jammer genoeg werkte het scherm niet meer. Ik heb dan ook niet lang nagedacht om polar 3 te kopen, hopelijk voor jaren🤔🤔

Aanrader ook voor mensen met kleine polsen.
- Past goed voor kleine pols. Zitten 2 bandjes bij dus kan ook voor mensen met een grote pols. makkelijk in gebruik volledig aanpasbaar naar eigen smaak.
- De Polar-coach workouts zijn zeer intens. Ik heb een loopschema aangemaakt. Het doel over een half jaar 5 km kunnen lopen. Het schema zegt nu dat ik dagelijks hiermee bezig moet zijn, core-training, verschillende loopsessies per week, mobiliteitstrainig. Om dit als hobby op te bouwen is dit nogal intens. Indien je tijdens de workout spraakbediening wil, moet je de app op je telefoon openen.

Een echte aanrader!
- Mooie uitstraling met polar bandje met swarovski (apart aangekocht). Alles duidelijk te lezen, duidelijker scherm dan ignite 1. Fijn dat je tijdens het sporten kan zien wat je hebt verbrand van koolhydraten, eiwitten, vetten. Leuk dat je je scherm kan indelen met widgets. Voor mij bevat het alles wat ik persoonlijk nodig heb. En kan deze door het Swarovski bandje zowel gekleed als sportief dragen .

- Un petit plus par rapport à l'ignite 2: le calcul du boost, la météo, la compo des images d'écran, belles couleurs. Un bon compagnon d'exo!
