Double-sided 100% natural sharpening stone Coticule Blue from the Belgian Ardennes combined with a slightly more aggressive sharpening stone from the Pyrenees. The composition of the Pyrenees stone is sandstone and slate (grid 1200). A perfect stone to quickly achieve results, after which you can do the second step in the sharpening process of your knife with the Blue Coticule side for a perfect sharp end result.
The Blue Coticule stone contains about 30% garnet. This provides excellent sharpening properties. Very fine stone with a comparable grain size of 4000. Size: 100x40mm
