Double-sided 100% natural sharpening stone Coticule Blue from the Belgian Ardennes combined with a more aggressive synthetic carbide sharpening stone. This stone is suitable for extra hard knives to get a quick result, after which you can do the second step in the sharpening process of your knife with the Blue Coticule side for a perfectly sharp end result.
The Blue Coticule stone contains about 30% garnet, which provides excellent sharpening properties. Very fine stone with a comparable grain size of grid 4000.

The Ardennes-Coticule sharpening stone is a non-porous sharpening stone that should only be used with a little water. The sharpening paste that is formed gives an incredibly beautiful sharpening result.
