General
This Cascadian Plate is a handy dish with high edges to prevent your food from sliding off. It's stackable, lightweight, and unbreakable. Also usable as a cutting board. The Cascadian series is made from Polypropylene, a material so light it floats on water. Additionally, its melting point is high, ensuring the plate doesn’t melt when placing a hot pan on it. GSI Outdoors only uses BPA-free materials. BPA, or Bisphenol A, is used in making polycarbonate, and trace amounts can end up in food during its use.
