For this highly versatile softshell cycling jacket, we have used two functional fabrics that complement each other perfectly. The front of the jacket consists of a windproof and waterproof STORMLOCK SOFTSHELL fabric that provides reliable weather protection. The back consists of a super stretchy FLEX SHIELD fabric to ensure you get the freedom of movement you need, and to keep you fit and fresh on tough rides. The special minerals contained in the fabric produce a pleasant cooling effect on the skin. The jacket is cut slightly longer at the back and has a silicone gripper at the hem, so your back isn't exposed when you're riding in the drops. There's a practical zipped pocket on the back of the jacket for your energy bar and valuables.

Washing a softshell
To retain the unique properties of a softshell, it's important to wash your jacket regularly with technical detergent and to rinse it well. Do not use fabric softener. Always review the garment labels before washing for specific washing instructions.
Impregnating a softshell
If it's allowed, it is a good idea to put the softshell in the dryer after washing it. This activates the water repellent finish on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your technical clothing will absorb more moisture faster. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
