A high-quality, stretchy and waterproof ladies’ ski jacket made from recycled materials. In the Luhta Meekonvaara jacket, the emphasis is on high-quality technical materials and structures, which make it an extremely functional and reliable partner for days on the piste. At the same time, however, the jacket also looks good and is environmentally friendly due to its recycled materials: the smooth fabric used on the front, sleeves, sides and back is mostly made up of recycled polyester and contains only a dash of added elastane for stretch. The jacket has a warm synthetic padding, which is also mostly made up of recycled fibres. Thanks to the waterproof fabric and taped seams, moisture cannot penetrate into the jacket. The faux-fur trim of the hood, the snow lock on the hem and the elastic inner cuffs complete the jacket.

Washing waterproof garments
Always review the jacket labels before washing for specific washing instructions. We recommend that you wash your waterproof jacket with a technical detergent on a regular basis. This prevents damage to the waterproof layer. Rise it out well so that there are no soap residues. Never use fabric softener.
Impregnating waterproof garments
When you impregnate your jacket, it is a good idea to put it in the dryer after washing it. This reactivates the water repellent layer on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your garment will absorb moisture. The jacket will become heavy and feel cold and clammy. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
