General
The FreeLite 3 Tent is MSR's lightest free-standing double-walled three-person tent. This latest version has an Extreme Shield Coating. This is the very best coating that lasts three times longer than standard coatings. With its low weight and large living space, which also provides enough space for larger sleeping mats, it is a tent that is very suitable for backpack and/or bicycle use. The FreeLite 3 also has an easy entrance due to the large entrance doors, which are now even easier to find due to their red colour. The micromesh on the inner tent provides maximum ventilation. This latest version of the Freelite 3 is now also equipped with MSR's strongest sticks, the Easton Syclone sticks.
