General
Resists everything, nothing can resist it.
Its very strong blade (2.5 mm thick) is serrated over 3.5 cm to cut natural or synthetic ropes and has a shackle key for 4 to 10 mm shackles. Its handle is water-resistant and whitstands extreme temperatures. It is equipped with a pealess whistle.
Handle
The handle is made of injected polyamide, reinforced with fiberglass, which ensures a high resistance to shocks, water, and extreme temperatures (-40°C to + 80°C). The integrated pealess whistle works in all weather conditions and has, with a power of 110dB, a range of about 300 meters in open terrain.
Sandvik stainless steel
We use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge.
Safety ring
Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives from the N° 06. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding. In addition to locking the blade open (safety in use), it is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety in transport).

Un standard pour rando
- Léger, bien visible (dans l'herbe au moment du pique-nique par exemple). Bien pensé et pas cher.

Le bon vieil Opinel relooké !
- C'est toujours un bon vieux et fidèle Opinel... Mais il a la gueule d'un jeune. Et ça leur plaît ! En plus il n'est pas trop cher...
- A priori pas de désavantages. Sauf peut-être, pour certains, le fait que le manche traditionnel n'est plus en bois mais en résine synthétique bariolée...

Tres bon couteaux
- leger pratique,le couteau peut flotter. il possede sur le manche un sifflet integré bien utile en cas de soucis. livré avec avec une dragonne. La couleur orange permet de le trouver facilement dans le sac. Le prix est correcte

- Licht, sterk, scherp... Opinel qualiteit. Niet groot... ;0) Fluitje is echt luid. Als je een lichtgewicht hiker bent, deze is een topper.

Goed en leuk hebbeding voor scouts
- Fris ogend degelijk zakmes, ideaal voor op scoutskamp. Scoutsdochter, die EN scout EN een meisje is, is er heel blij mee. Groot genoeg om veilig te werken. Scherp genoeg om veilig te werken. Onderhoudsvrij.

Excellent couteau
- Très fonctionnel, à emporter partout. nLa particularité: le sifflet est un plus non négligable. Mais je doute de la portée de 300 mètres, il faudra faire attention au sens du vent.
- Aucun à priori. Si le produit tient dans le temps = excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Een geslaagd cadeau voor de zoon!

Solide et pratique
- Parfait pour le trekking et le camping, la lame est plus solide que celle d'un opinel traditionnel. Il excelle autant pour couper des branches que pour préparer un repas au camp. Je ne vais jamais camper sans lui. Vu son prix, ce n'est pas grave si il faut le remplacer. Bonne résistance à l'humidité. Je m'en sers aussi à la maison, il est parfait pour couper les pizza.
- Look un peu cheap mais ce n'est pas un spyderco à 200€ ...

- Handige mes in een praktisch formaat. Komt steeds van pas tijdens de vele boswandelingen, ook voor het schillen van een appel :)
- Het koordje om het mes aan de broekzak, etc te bevestigen mocht van iets steviger materiaal zijn.
