General
Bio Care Sport Textile Wash is a gentle and biodegradable detergent designed for use with functional materials. The detergent maintains the factory-applied treatment longer (known as Durable Water Repellency, DWR) and leaves no residue that harms the breathability or water-repellent function of a garment. If necessary, when the DWR has been washed off or worn out and water no longer beads on the outer fabric, it is recommended to re-waterproof with OrganoTex® Wash-In or Spray-On. Taking care of your functional clothing makes them last longer.
Applications
Suitable for shell garments, padded ski wear, rainwear, synthetic outerwear, fleece garments, backpacks, etc. Also works in cold water and is therefore ideal for mountain hikes.
Sustainability
The product is easily biodegradable, highly concentrated, very bio-based, and PFAS-free. It is classified as non-harmful to the environment or health according to CLP regulation.

- Sport Textile Wash by OrganoTex is a highly effective detergent for thoroughly cleaning your outdoor clothing.
- In addition to cleaning, Sport Textile Wash also revitalizes the existing DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, thereby extending the product's lifespan.
- It leaves no residues that could negatively affect the product's functional properties.
- Water-based and free from phosphates and sensitizing preservatives.
- Also suitable for membranes such as Gore-Tex, Texapore, and Dermizax.
- Suitable for up to 16 washes.
- All products by OrganoTex are made from natural and easily biodegradable ingredients.
INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO USE:
1) Shake the bottle and make sure the detergents compartments are clean
2) Add 40 ml (soft water) and 60 ml (hard water) into detergent compartment for up to 3 garments or 4-5 kg. Do not use rinse aid!
3) Wash at temperature according to washing instructions
4) Dry according to washing instructions, if possible, preferably tumble dry or drying cabinet to reactivate the DWR (Durable Water Repellent finish).
Handwash: 20 ml/10 L water, also efficient with cold water.
(Do not use on wool- or down because of enzymes, look instead for OrganoTex Wool&Down Wash).
