General

The Shelbe Raschel is not your standard softshell. Thanks to WindWall fabric technology and a fleece lining it provides lightweight insulation and protection from chilling winds. This means you can wear it on its own when conditions allow, but it fits snugly under a shell when the weather is doing its best to ruin play.

  • Raschel fleece lining for warmth

Washing a softshell

To retain the unique properties of a softshell, it's important to wash your jacket regularly with technical detergent and to rinse it well. Do not use fabric softener. Always review the garment labels before washing for specific washing instructions.

Impregnating a softshell

If it's allowed, it is a good idea to put the softshell in the dryer after washing it. This activates the water repellent finish on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your technical clothing will absorb more moisture faster. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
