General
The Torstai Saltillo parka is your best friend when spending time outdoors in the spring or autumn. It is made in a fishtail style with a long and rounded back hem featuring a split in the middle. The back length depending on size is approximately 93 cm. The parka is made of a lightweight water-resistant fabric consisting of 100% recycled polyamide, and the hood, shoulder, armhole and centre back seams have been taped for increased water resistance. An eco-friendly PFC-free surface treatment makes light rain simply bead off the surface instead of soaking into the fabric. For extra comfort, the parka has a smooth polyester lining containing REPREVE recycled fibres.
The product is made with a special focus on ecological and social sustainability. It contains recycled materials, making less of an impact on our environment.

Washing waterproof garments
Always review the jacket labels before washing for specific washing instructions. We recommend that you wash your waterproof jacket with a technical detergent on a regular basis. This prevents damage to the waterproof layer. Rise it out well so that there are no soap residues. Never use fabric softener.
Impregnating waterproof garments
When you impregnate your jacket, it is a good idea to put it in the dryer after washing it. This reactivates the water repellent layer on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your garment will absorb moisture. The jacket will become heavy and feel cold and clammy. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
