General
The Tunturi Power Strap makes the power training heavier. Attaching the strap to the dumbbell bar will make it harder to do a squat.
A power strap can also be used during exercises in which the strap wil be kept underneath the foot. As soon as the strap stretches, there will be more tension and resistance and this will make the exercise tougher.
The strap is made of 100% latex rubber and is available in different sizes and colours. All variations have a a 104 cm diameter and are 45 mm thick. The width of the strap determines the amount of given resistance.
