The outer jacket is waterproof, windproof and breathable and can easily withstand longer periods of bad weather. Those zones that come into contact with a backpack are made from a robust material. The insulated inner jacket stores your body heat and can be worn on its own as well. The PrimaLoft® Black Insulation warms even when wet, is extremely easy-care and dries quickly. The jackets can be combined depending on the weather and temperature so you’ll always be dressed appropriately!This product is made with eco-friendly, water repellent Eco Finish and is manufactured without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Washing waterproof garments
Always review the jacket labels before washing for specific washing instructions. We recommend that you wash your waterproof jacket with a technical detergent on a regular basis. This prevents damage to the waterproof layer. Rise it out well so that there are no soap residues. Never use fabric softener.
Impregnating waterproof garments
When you impregnate your jacket, it is a good idea to put it in the dryer after washing it. This reactivates the water repellent layer on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your garment will absorb moisture. The jacket will become heavy and feel cold and clammy. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
