The upwardly mobile! This slim-fitting softshell hooded jacket for women was specifically designed for ambitious ski touring. It has three different material zones to ensure optimal temperature regulation for fast-paced winter activities: a windproof softshell at the front, stretchy Windproof 80 material on the exposed areas, and an extremely breathable material under the arms and on the back. In addition, this hybrid jacket also has ventilation zips under the arms. A functional choice of pockets, close-fitting hood and practical thumb loops round off the features of this athletic softshell jacket for women. It’s made with eco-friendly, water repellent Eco Finish, which is manufactured without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). As a member of the independent Fair Wear organization with Leader Status, VAUDE is committed to fair working conditions and fair wages. In addition, this product is climate neutral – we’ve analyzed and systematically reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Emissions that are currently unavoidable were fully offset by the independent non-profit myclimate organization.

Washing a softshell
To retain the unique properties of a softshell, it's important to wash your jacket regularly with technical detergent and to rinse it well. Do not use fabric softener. Always review the garment labels before washing for specific washing instructions.
Impregnating a softshell
If it's allowed, it is a good idea to put the softshell in the dryer after washing it. This activates the water repellent finish on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your technical clothing will absorb more moisture faster. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
