For those on the rise: These form fitting softshell hooded pants for sporty ski tours unites three different material zones that ensure an optimal microclimate for fast-paced winter activities. The material mix consists of a Windproof 100 fabric at exposed areas, a high-stretch Windproof 80 fabric at less exposed zones and an extremely breathable fabric at the back of the knees. Subtle reflective 3M„ Scotchlite„ elements provide more safety on piste tours and in low light conditions. The leg cuffs are reinforced with robust Stretch Cordura to protect them from sharp ski edges and crampons. This product is made with Eco Finish, and eco-friendly water repellent finish without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Washing waterproof garments
Always review the jacket labels before washing for specific washing instructions. We recommend that you wash your waterproof jacket with a technical detergent on a regular basis. This prevents damage to the waterproof layer. Rise it out well so that there are no soap residues. Never use fabric softener.
Impregnating waterproof garments
When you impregnate your jacket, it is a good idea to put it in the dryer after washing it. This reactivates the water repellent layer on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your garment will absorb moisture. The jacket will become heavy and feel cold and clammy. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
