Pure freedom! The Monviso softshell pants for women are exceptionally comfortable and allow you to move freely on long and ambitious ski tours in alpine terrain. The water repellent material of these ski touring pants is completely windproof, yet stretchy and highly breathable. Side ventilation zips provide comfortable cooling on strenuous ascents, the lower zip pockets allow easy access even when your climbing harness is fastened. The waistband is little higher at the back and can be comfortably adjusted in width, articulated knees ensure even more freedom of movement. The zip leg cuffs are protected from sharp edges with an abrasion-resistant Cordura and can be slipped over your ski boots quickly and easily. A patch pocket on the leg with zip will keep your phone, hat or energy bar close at hand. The robust softshell pants are primarily made from a recycled material and also make a valuable contribution to the environment. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Washing waterproof garments
Always review the jacket labels before washing for specific washing instructions. We recommend that you wash your waterproof jacket with a technical detergent on a regular basis. This prevents damage to the waterproof layer. Rise it out well so that there are no soap residues. Never use fabric softener.
Impregnating waterproof garments
When you impregnate your jacket, it is a good idea to put it in the dryer after washing it. This reactivates the water repellent layer on the outside. After several washes, the outside of your garment will absorb moisture. The jacket will become heavy and feel cold and clammy. When that happens, it is time to impregnate the jacket. Use a product made for the washing machine or choose a spray.
